Suzanna I'm sorry you are upset. We held our same price for LEH since 2014 - 7 years. We delivered because we had an employee who lived by the school. They are no longer with us. We do not deliver free of charge. We did this as a courtesy. Since 2020 prices have gone up exponentially. We gave you the quote and it was approved. We don't proceed without approval on the quote. Our sales manager did email you and explain the increase. Shipping is not tallied until it is boxed and weighed. We don't add shipping without knowing the final cost. Again, I'm sorry if you are disappointed, but increases in 2021 are inevitable.

The price of our sign has almost doubled from $128 last year to $201 this year with no explanation except that prices just increased. This seemed a bit excessive. Also, they don't deliver to local companies who purchase their products. They couldn't tell me how much shipping would be until they already sent my sign. I'm disappointed by the price and service after being a long standing client.

Don't waste your time if your a business. I called to buy 3-4 huge banners for my business. The lady that answered the phone was difficult and would not listen to what I needed. If I treated my customers like that I would be out of business! Not worth the hassle.

I really can't speak highly enough about Signarama! I had a one-off design I wanted on canvas in a short timeframe, and the whole team was incredibly accommodating in making it happen. The price was half of what I found online for a comparable product, and the final product looks SO sharp. I will absolutely be coming here for any printing needs, large or small, in the future.

I'm sorry you had a poor experience. We tried to explain that we are a commercial sign company. We don't work on motor cylces as it is not part of our business or marketing. We focus on other types of business commercial signs and suggested you contact Dirt Candy who specializes in this type of work.

So I just called to get a decal made, owner asks and says yes we make decals what is it on , she states we do oil field vehicles vehicles in general I stated it was in a motorcycle and instantly starts saying you might want to go here or there where it's a better fit for you. Her attitude change and she became snotty once I said so you will make signs and decals for everyone but motorcycles and she said yes that's correct and hung up. Prejudiced much? Glad my money isnt any good at your store I hope the motorcycle community does the same and not spend any money at your company or Signarama period.
